1. INTRODUCTION
YaanX is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology platform that provides taxi operators, fleet operators, and transport businesses ("Tenants") with a white-label technology suite including a branded customer booking website, tenant admin panel, and operational management tools.

2. TENANT ONBOARDING
All Tenants must complete YaanX's structured onboarding process before the Platform is activated. YaanX reserves the right to approve, reject, or request additional information from any Tenant application.

3. SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING
Subscription fees are due in advance of each billing cycle. GST at the prevailing rate will be levied on all invoices. Late payment may result in suspension of access.

4. PLATFORM USE
The Platform is licensed, not sold, to Tenants. Access terminates upon subscription expiry or termination. Tenants are responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts.

5. DATA OWNERSHIP
All data submitted by a Tenant remains owned by the Tenant. YaanX processes Tenant Data solely to provide Platform services and will not sell or transfer it to third parties.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
YaanX owns all intellectual property rights in the Platform. Tenants receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
YaanX's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by the Tenant in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS
YaanX may modify these Terms with at least 30 days' notice via registered email.
